In the centre of Vienna, an old  house in the typical Gründerzeit architecture is being renovated and brought to the newest state of the art.

From 75 submissions, our project "Aspern Seepark" with LAVALAND GmbH and TH Treibhaus is nominated for its outstanding design. On 10th November, the award ceremony will take place in Cologne, within the scope of the International Trade Fair for Open Space, Sports and Baths.

We are proud to announce that the project "Robert College Murat, Karamanci Student Center" has won the European Steel Design Award of Excellence 2017!

The city is an undefined and urban habitat. Who designs it? How will we live in the future? Who owns the city and what public space do we want? The opening ceremony of the "Park" project takes place on the 1st of January 2017, and offers opening speeches from different guests, among other Peter Bauer from werkraum ingenieure, music and further program. Four weeks open discourses, workshops and entertainment programs take place.

Who says living and working don’t go together? The concept of sharing is changing in our society. The project “Wogen Quartiershaus” presents a new, innovative way of living, with community, creativity and individuality at its core. The flexible housing complexes and workspaces are ideal for small-scale producers, artists or personal creative endeavours. You can read more about this here:

Out of 24 submissions in total, fasch&fuchs.architekten won the architecture contest for a new construction of the Haselstauden primary school. “With the extraordinary design of the Viennese architect team, this is the fifth major project in regards to classroom concepts that is being implemented. In total, the city of Dornbirn is going to invest 8.5 million euros in the construction project.” – Dipl.Vw. Andrea Kaufmann, mayor of Dornbirn The planning process with the architects is already underway and we aim to start building in the spring of 2018.

"The city in the city". The sustainable and modern school of the Dietmar Feichtinger architects gives the city of Gloggnitz a new place of encounter and development. High demands of a sustainable design, as well as the use of renewable energies, were included in the design. Construction starts at the beginning of June.

The alternative accommodations for the Austrian parliament are ready! The move is planned in June. The temporary parliament buildings are dismantled after the renovation phase and the components of the modular system are reused for other buildings.
