The design concept by Najjar & Najjar Architects embeds the detached house in the surrounding landscape. A generously curved, cantilevered roof covers the upper living and garden level and provides a generous view of the city. The roof is equipped with solar panels and maximizes passive solar gains thanks to its design. The energy supply system is supplemented with geothermal energy and a heat pump system, thus ensuring sustainable heating and air conditioning of the units.

The building was erected in solid construction and equipped with flat ceilings over steel columns or wall panels.
