The shopping centre gives new life to the empty reinforced concrete skeleton structure of a landmarked cigarette paper factory from 1907, which was tailored to suit these new requirements through a lamellar strengthening and the addition of elevators. Next to the large hall, a reinforced concrete car park building was established. Not only is this building coated with a corten steel façade but it also features very distinctive spiral staircases on either end.
The multi-storey shopping mall in between the structures is covered by a glass roof and is equipped with several bridges. Shaded glass façades allow for interesting perspectives and open the construction up to its exteriors.
