Open House Wien in Mayerling | September 9th and 10th, 2023

“A hotel near Vienna is standing empty, threatened with dilapidation. At the same time, the charitable Vinzi community is always on the search for new space for people for whom life has not been a good match. Why not turn a hotel into a place for the formerly homeless to live and work? Good idea, everyone involved thought.” OHW

The VinziRast in the countryside project will participate at Open House Vienna on September 9th and 10th, 2023.

werkraum ingenieure have now created a design program, which was missing on the market until now and which complies with the new ONR CEN/TS 19103. Thus, from now on we can competently support our project partners in the implementation, planning and detailing of wood-concrete composite floors according to the new ONR CEN/TS 19103.
