Ceremonial opening of the BORA showroom, equipped with a restaurant and facilities for exhibitions, events and educational courses – in the German town of Herford.
Clearly visible from afar, directly at the highway exit, the BORA flagship store greets visitors with a forward-leaning metal façade. The one hundred metre long and 13.5 metre high structure has a rhombic cross-section of steel and seems to literally float above the ground on thin steel columns.

At the end of July this summer, we were successful in winning the competition for the refurbishment and new building of the elementary and secondary school Laimäckergasse together with the architectural office Klammer Zeleny Architekten!
After the kick-off at the end of August, we are now moving directly into medias res for the further processing and planning of the school project.

The beginning of the school year may arrive! The pupils of the Wienerwaldgymnasium have reason to be excited this year. Close to the Viennese city borders, they can look forward to the modern, bright and friendly school designed by faschfuchs.architekten. It was completed in time for the upcoming school year and opened this summer.

For the duration of the refurbishment of the Austrian Parliament building, three temporary replacement buildings were erected on Heldenplatz and in the Library Courtyard of the Hofburg Palace as alternative quarters. After completion in April 2017 and the subsequent move out of the Parliament, everyday parliamentary work took place in the alternative quarters from summer 2017 onwards.

Every year KÖR invites an artist to develop a temporary work for Vienna’s Graben – this year the Estonian artist Kris Lemsalu.
The installation Chará, a five-meter-high sculpture, will be on display at artplace Graben in downtown Vienna from August 16th to November 8th, 2023.

At the same time, the charitable Vinzi community is always on the search for new space for people for whom life has not been a good match. Why not turn a hotel into a place for the formerly homeless to live and work? Good idea, everyone involved thought.” OHW

The VinziRast in the countryside project will participate at Open House Vienna on September 9th and 10th, 2023.

The new, walkable and green stage in the main courtyard of the MQ in Vienna brings nature into the urban environment and is one of the measures for a climate-friendly Museumsquartier.

Until the end of September, the urban garden and a meadow with tall grass will be available for everyone to relax. In the evenings, the stage will host a variety of event formats, including courtyard music concerts, artist talks, performances, discussions and lectures.

The conversion of the listed foundry hall in Ingolstadt into the Museum of Concrete Art and Design, the MKKD, is taking visible shape.
The targeted completion date of the end of 2024 directs our gaze joyfully towards an opening of the museum in 2025.

With the project VinziRast am Land, a former hotel and restaurant with an impressively large usable area of 3,500m² was transformed into a farm with permaculture agriculture for fruit and vegetable cultivation and small animal husbandry.

The 2023 Architecture Prize of the Province of Styria went this year to the ‘Steirereck am Pogusch’ project.
Following a public call for entries by the House of Architecture (HDA) in Graz, the province of Styria awarded the prize to promote and recognize exemplary achievements in the field of architecture.
