The Austrian Pavilion at EXPO 2025 in Osaka has won a sustainability award. Our timber spiral was honored with the Austrian Green Planet Building Technology Award.

Together with Klammer Zeleny Architects, we emerged as the winning team in the EU-wide open competition for the new Donaufeld Süd school building.

On invitation of Kunsthaus Graz, artist Maruša Sagadin created a multi-part, large-scale sculpture entitled “Speak More Truth, Eat More Fruit.”

The installation invites passers-by and those waiting to engage with the surrounding area of the Kunsthaus until March 29th, 2027.

As part of our AHS Klostergasse project, a new gymnasium is being built on top of the Währing substation. To ensure that it can remain in safe operation throughout the entire construction phase, a movable keder roof with a span of 22 meters was erected as a safety measure.

The new GCP – Graz Center of Physics – will be built in the city center of Graz, in the immediate vicinity of the Karl Franzens University, by 2030.

In future, the physics institutes of Graz University of Technology and the University of Graz will offer research and teaching space for 1700 students and 600 employees on one university site.

In the design for the Gusen Concentration Camp Memorial, the former camp complex is made tangible in a networked memorial landscape.

In the Austrian pavilion, the biennale contribution AGENCY FOR BETTER LIVING will put the issue of housing for discussion in an exemplary comparison of the cities of Vienna and Rome.

The pavilion will thus become a place for the exchange of knowledge on what BETTER LIVING could look like for everyone in the future.

Biennale Architettura 2025 takes place in Venice until November 23rd, 2025.
