More than 160 projects, realized by Austrian planners in Austria and abroad, are presented in this book. All published buildings were awarded with selected national and international prizes in 2016 and 2017. We are represented as structural design office with the project Robert College in Istanbul, the architecture is by Alatas Architecture & Consulting. The book is published by Architekturzentrum Wien every two years and the next edition will follow at the end of 2020.

In the Vienna Ringturm all 22 nominated projects of the Client Award’18 of the Central Association of Austrian Architects will be shown in an exhibition until 22 February 2019 with special emphasis on the six prize winners in 2018. Together with fasch&fuchs.architekten we are among the six winners with our project ‘Federal School Aspern’!

One opening and three new exhibitions: The existing permanent exhibition ‘In Arbeit’ was extended to 200m2 and designed by werkraum ingenieure kunst.

Formal opening of the artwork in public space “Vienna banquet of human rights & his guardians” of Belgian Artist Françoise Schein on 14th June 2018.

The design of the architectural office querkraft architekten provides a 2000 square metre exhibition space underneath the existing historic hall. The cellar space would be around 6.5 metres deep. To make this possible, the existing interior columns made of cast steel had to be made unencumbered and temporarily expanded.

In the centre of Vienna, an old  house in the typical Gründerzeit architecture is being renovated and brought to the newest state of the art.

Vienna is a growing city. In order to facilitate a modern development of the Viennese cityscape, the municipal administration has launched a competition for a new school building, the Bürgerspitalwiese school campus. The architect Patricia Zacek-Stadler was able to convince the jury with her project.
In collaboration with the architect we are planning as a Consortium. The structural planning is on us and we will act as test engineers in accordance with WBO §127a. Together, as Consortium we are responsible for general planning management and control.

From 75 submissions, our project “Aspern Seepark” with LAVALAND GmbH and TH Treibhaus is nominated for its outstanding design. On 10th November, the award ceremony will take place in Cologne, within the scope of the International Trade Fair for Open Space, Sports and Baths.

We are proud to announce that the project “Robert College Murat, Karamanci Student Center” has won the European Steel Design Award of Excellence 2017!
