Large spans for Innovation Hub

In the district of Floridsdorf, the new commercial quarter TwentyOne is being built with a total of six hubs: Innovation Hub, Service Hub, Central Hub, Student Hub, Office Hub and Hotel Hub.

The Innovation Hub – designed by the architectural office Soyka/Silber/Soyka and with structural design by werkraum ingenieure – houses a supermarket on the ground floor. Beams with spans of up to 20 meters are used for load transfer and long column-free spans.

Among the top 10! werkraum ingenieure could improve from place 14 of last year’s ranking to place 9 and this not only for Austria, but for the whole German speaking area! House ZET in Vienna: It flies!

The completion of the allotment house in Vienna brought us the enthusiastic feedback of the architects: “It flies! Thank you for your great work”. We are happy about the successful project and thank the architects of ALLCOLOURS for the successful collaboration!

Initial plans for the Bürgerspitalwiese school campus

Vienna is a growing city. In order to facilitate a modern development of the Viennese cityscape, the municipal administration has launched a competition for a new school building, the Bürgerspitalwiese school campus. The architect Patricia Zacek-Stadler was able to convince the jury with her project.
In collaboration with the architect we are planning as a Consortium. The structural planning is on us and we will act as test engineers in accordance with WBO §127a. Together, as Consortium we are responsible for general planning management and control.
