The site is located in the context of an open-air museum. For egg collection a museum was designed, which seems to “float” through a transparent floor and is protected by an opaque roof, light-sensitive exhibits.
The steel structure rests on two pillars, as well as a supporting stairs, and is stabilized by 27 preloaded tie rods.
Through the use of cup springs in the connection point of the tension rods a constant bias voltage can be hold. The anchoring of the tie rods follows by a reinforced concrete slab. For the dimensional stability and a better load distribution roof panels out of wood are provided.
